Las Vegas Custom Home Builders
Kingdom & Co. is a Las Vegas custom home builder handling the full design and construction of ground-up luxury homes across MacDonald Highlands, The Ridges, Ascaya, Southern Highlands, Centennial Hills, Anthem Country Club, and every major Las Vegas luxury neighborhood. Our in-house team of architects, interior designers, project managers, and construction crews works under one roof. Every custom home Kingdom & Co. builds runs through the same integrated team from the first meeting to move-in — no separate architects, designers, or general contractors, no handoffs between disconnected firms.
What separates a Las Vegas custom home builder from a general contractor
A general contractor handles construction only. You hire an architect separately, then an interior designer separately, then the contractor to build what they designed. Every handoff between them is a chance for something to fall through. A design-build custom home builder handles design and construction under one contract with one integrated team. Architecture, interior design, structural coordination, and construction all live inside the same firm. The design-build model matters most for custom home construction because:
– Design decisions get made with the builder in the room. Structural challenges surface at design time, not during framing.
– Interior design informs the architecture. Ceiling heights, window placements, and material transitions get planned around how the space will actually be lived in.
– Change orders drop significantly. When something changes on site, one team adjusts the design and the build together instead of three firms coordinating.
– Timeline compresses. Design and construction phases overlap where possible rather than running strictly sequentially.
Most Las Vegas custom home builders operate as general contractors and rely on the client to source architecture and design. Kingdom & Co. is one of the few that owns the full design-build model end to end.
The Kingdom & Co. Custom Home Process
Every custom home Kingdom & Co. builds runs through three phases:
Consultation
Initial site walk, budget alignment, and lot review. If you don’t own a lot yet, we help you identify one that fits your program. Discovery of your program, aesthetic preferences, family needs, and the constraints that will shape the design.
Design
Architectural design, interior design, engineering coordination, material selection, and bid finalization. Our in-house design team works alongside our construction team throughout this phase. By the time we break ground, every material, appliance, fixture, and finish has been specified and approved. That’s why our change order rate is low.
Construction
Ground-up construction from foundation through closeout. Our project managers own site coordination. Our carpentry and finish teams handle custom millwork, cabinetry, and detail work in-house rather than subcontracting.
Beyond Move-In
After you’re in the house, we don’t disappear. We stay engaged for any punch list items, seasonal adjustments, or refinements as you live in the home. K&Co.’s Beyond Move-In program is designed so the relationship continues past closeout.
Neighborhoods We Build Custom Homes In

What a custom home costs in Las Vegas
Custom home construction in Las Vegas ranges by finish tier:
Average custom new build: $250 to $350 per square foot
Fully custom new build with high-end natural stone, brand-name appliances, custom cabinetry, and built-in features: $400 to $600 per square foot
Cost drivers include lot conditions (elevation, grading, utilities), architectural complexity, finish materials (stone, appliances, cabinetry tier), integrated smart home and audio systems, and outdoor living scope (pool, hardscape, landscape). Lot cost is separate from construction and varies significantly by neighborhood. Ascaya and MacDonald Highlands lots typically run at the top of the Southern Nevada market. The Ridges, Southern Highlands, and Centennial Hills each carry their own lot pricing tiers.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
A fully custom home in Las Vegas ranges from $400 to $600 per square foot. That range reflects high-end natural stone, brand-name appliances, custom cabinetry, and integrated built-in features. Lot cost is separate and varies significantly by neighborhood.
Recognized luxury and custom home builders in Las Vegas include Blue Heron, Growth Luxury Homes, Sun West Custom Homes, Merlin Custom Home Builders, Christopher Homes, Forte Specialty Contractors, Dream Construction, Westpoint Development Group, and Kingdom & Co. $400,000 is not typically enough for a fully custom home in Las Vegas. A fully custom home ranges from $400 to $600 per square foot for construction alone, excluding lot cost. A 2,000 square foot fully custom home starts at approximately $800,000 in construction. Buyers with a $400,000 budget usually explore production home communities or remodels of existing homes rather than ground-up custom construction.
A fully custom 2,000 square foot home in Las Vegas ranges from approximately $800,000 to $1,200,000 in construction cost alone, before lot cost. Actual pricing depends on finish tier, architectural complexity, appliance package, integrated built-in features, and outdoor living scope.

Yes. We handle all permitting with Clark County, the City of Las Vegas, the City of Henderson, and the applicable HOA architectural review committees for your neighborhood. That includes MacDonald Highlands, The Ridges, Ascaya, Southern Highlands, Anthem Country Club, and other gated luxury communities.
A general contractor handles construction only, with the client hiring separate architects and interior designers. A design-build custom home builder handles design, engineering, and construction under one contract and one integrated team. Kingdom & Co. operates as a design-build custom home builder.
Design-build means one firm handles both the design and the construction of your home. Architecture, interior design, engineering, and construction all live inside the same firm. There are no separate architects, designers, or general contractors coordinating between three firms. One team owns the entire project from concept to move-in.
