Welcome to
Kingdom & Co.’ s
Career Page

Kingdom & Co. is a Las Vegas design-build firm building luxury homes and luxury home remodels across the Las Vegas Valley. Our work spans Summerlin, The Lakes, MacDonald Highlands, Ascaya, Southern Highlands, Centennial Hills, Henderson, Anthem Country Club, and Lake Las Vegas — under one leadership team, one contract, and one integrated design and construction process.

We’re always actively accepting resumes from designers, project managers, superintendents, and craftspeople who care about the finished result as much as we do — whether or not a specific role is posted. When a role opens up, we review our inbound pool first. If you want to work on residential projects where design and construction talk to each other from the first meeting, and where your name goes on work you can point to for the rest of your career,
this is where to send your resume.

Why Kingdom & Co.

Kingdom & Co. is a fully integrated design-build firm. Architecture, interior design, engineering, and construction all sit under one leadership team from our design studio at 9960 W Cheyenne Avenue in Las Vegas. That structure means every project our team touches — from first schematic sketch to final walkthrough — is delivered through one accountable process, not a chain of handoffs.

Our team has been recognized as the NARI Remodeler of the Year 2025 Regional Winner for Entire House $500K–$750K and the NARI Remodeler of the Year 2026 Regional Winner for Residential Interior Over $500K, is listed in the Architectural Digest AD Pro Directory for 2024, 2025, and 2026, holds a Better Business Bureau A+ rating since 2018, and has been the HGTV Property Brothers’ contractor of choice across eight episodes.

The people behind those recognitions are the same people you would work alongside every day. What we look for is craftsmanship, ownership of your work, and the ability to move a project forward without waiting to be told what to do.

How We Work

One team, one contract. We do not hand projects off to outside architects, outside contractors, or outside designers. Every scope stays in-house, which means every team member has visibility into how their work connects to everyone else’s.

Design and construction talk from day one. Our construction team joins design meetings from schematic phase forward. Our designers walk job sites. This is not a slogan — it is the operational structure of how projects actually run here.

Craft is non-negotiable. We build to a Custom-tier standard on every project. Cabinetry, stone, and appliance integration are the three things we obsess over most. If you cut corners on finish work, you will not be happy here.

Career growth is real. Small firms sometimes mean stagnation. That is not the case at Kingdom & Co. — the team has grown substantially over the past three years, and internal promotion is the default path when a role opens up.

Open Positions

We are always actively accepting resumes. Great people are hard to find, and we would rather build a relationship with a strong candidate before we have an open role than scramble to fill one after. Send us your resume any time — when a role opens up, we review our inbound pool first.

We accept resumes year-round in these categories:

  • Design. Interior designers, architectural designers, drafters, junior designers.
  • Construction. Project managers, superintendents, assistant superintendents, project coordinators.
  • Craft trades. Carpenters, cabinet installers, finish carpenters, tile setters.
  • Studio and operations. Client experience coordinators, marketing, admin, finance.

Skilled Construction Laborer

We are seeking an experienced Skilled Carpenter to join our construction team. This position is ideal for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in their craftsmanship and has experience working on high-quality residential construction projects.

The Skilled Carpenter will perform both rough and finish carpentry across custom homes and residential remodels. This role requires someone who can work independently, accurately interpret construction plans, problem-solve in the field, and consistently deliver work that meets a high standard of quality.

What We Look For

Every role at Kingdom & Co. shares four traits we hire for:

  1. Ownership. You move work forward without being told what to do next. When something goes wrong, you own it, fix it, and communicate it.
  2. Craft. You care about how the final result looks and functions. Details matter to you personally, not just because a client is watching.
  3. Communication. You write clearly, respond promptly, and can explain a design decision or a construction detail to a client, a subcontractor, or a colleague in the words they need to hear it.
  4. Team-first mindset. Design-build only works when everyone is willing to sit in the room together and solve the project. Ego-driven work does not fit here.

Beyond those four, each role has its own specific technical requirements — outlined in the individual job posting when the role is open.

How to Apply

Applying is simple. Send the following to contact@kingdomandco.com

  1. Your resume (PDF)
  2. Portfolio or work samples (if applicable — designers, project managers, and craftspeople can include recent completed projects or a link to your online portfolio)
  3. A short note (three sentences is fine) explaining what category of role you’re interested in and why Kingdom & Co. specifically. If you’re applying to a listed opening, name the role in the subject line.

We review every application. If your background is a strong fit for a current or upcoming role, someone from our team will reach out within two weeks to schedule an initial conversation. If we don’t have an immediate fit, we keep your application on file and reach out when the right role opens up — sometimes months later, sometimes within a few weeks.
