Inside The Lucida, every space was re-envisioned to create flow and functional elegance. The open-concept living area now revolves around a limestone fireplace that anchors the room in texture and tone. Expansive glass openings flood the space with daylight, complementing the palette of white oak, matte black accents, and layered neutral fabrics. The result is calm yet undeniably elevated—a reflection of Kingdom & Co’s signature modern-meets-timeless aesthetic.
The chef’s kitchen acts as both a culinary hub and a sculptural centerpiece. Dual marble islands invite conversation and connection, while integrated storage and professional-grade appliances deliver seamless functionality. One of the project’s most transformative elements was the conversion of an under-used home office into a fully equipped private gym. What was once a closed, formal space now opens through glass sliders to the outdoors, maximizing light and airflow. Custom acoustic walls, durable flooring, and integrated storage create a professional training environment without sacrificing residential warmth.
