We do not put a price tag on Small Luxuries, because it is defined by scope, not budget. A single room can be a modest refresh or a high-end renovation, and the cost depends entirely on the finishes and the work involved. Whatever the scope, you get the same K&Co. team, materials, and standard as our largest projects, plus a detailed estimate during your free consultation.
A kitchen refresh updates the visible surfaces and fixtures: cabinet refacing, new countertops, backsplash, hardware, and lighting. A full remodel involves structural changes, new layouts, plumbing relocation, or gutting the space. A refresh can transform how the room looks and feels at a fraction of the scope of a full remodel.
It depends on the scope, the materials, and the condition of the space, so we do not put a fixed timeline on it before we have seen it. A lighter project moves quickly and more involved work takes longer. You receive a clear, week-by-week schedule during the design phase, so you always know what to expect.

In most cases, yes. Small Luxuries projects are contained to one room or area, so the rest of your home stays livable. We protect your flooring, seal off the work area, and minimize disruption. Your project manager walks you through what to expect before construction begins.
