The Ellerton is a small luxury remodel in The Vistas, Summerlin West, where Kingdom & Co. transformed a dated kitchen and primary bathroom into a refined, light-filled pair of rooms. The home came with honey-oak cabinetry, tile countertops, and an oak garden-tub bath that no longer reflected the people living there. We rebuilt both spaces with marble, custom cabinetry, and warm metals, designed and built by the same in-house team. We took out the honey-oak and tile and built a bright, layered kitchen: white shaker perimeter cabinets paired with a deep navy island, marble countertops with a waterfall edge, and a full-height marble tile backsplash. Brushed brass fixtures and hardware warm up the white and navy, white oak open shelving and counter stools add texture, and a plaster hood over the stainless range anchors the room.
The primary bath went from oak vanities and a tiled garden tub to a calm, modern space. A long double vanity in soft greige sits beneath arched mirrors, topped with marble that ties back to the kitchen. Updated fixtures, lighting, and a cleaner layout make it feel like the spa-quiet retreat the room was always meant to be.
