La Ferme
Centennial Hills, Las Vegas
La Ferme is a small luxury remodel in Centennial Hills, Las Vegas, where Kingdom & Co. reworked the kitchen and the primary bathroom in a single project. The home carried dated finishes and rooms that no longer matched how the owners lived, so we updated both spaces under one roof, designed and built by the same in-house team. We believe you should love every corner of your home, and this before and after is a frame of reference for what is possible. If your own kitchen or bath in Centennial Hills or nearby Summerlin no longer feels like you, this is what one focused project can do.

The kitchen held the home's original honey-toned cabinetry and dated surfaces, closed off from how the family actually cooks and gathers. We replaced the cabinetry, reset the countertops and backsplash, and updated the appliances and lighting. The result is a kitchen that finally matches the way the household lives.
The primary bathroom felt tired and out of step with the rest of the house. We reworked it into a calm, put-together space, new vanity, tile, fixtures, and lighting, tailored to how the owners start and end each day. Even the rooms no guest ever sees should feel considered, and this one now does.

It depends on the scope and the materials, so we do not put a fixed timeline on it before we have seen the space. A lighter project moves quickly and more involved work takes longer. Either way, you get a clear schedule during the design phase so you know what to expect from week to week.
Yes. Handling both in one project keeps the design consistent from room to room and is often more efficient than tackling them separately. One in-house team manages design and construction under a single contract, so you have one point of contact from start to finish.
Yes. Updating the rooms you use every day changes how the whole home feels, even without a full renovation. You should love every corner of your home, and a focused project by a dedicated design-build team often delivers more than homeowners expect.
