The Madison
Summerlin South
This partial home remodel in The Willows, Summerlin, focused on infusing more natural light into the space. The existing finishes and heavy window treatments were absorbing the light, making the home feel outdated and cold. To brighten things up, we added new windows, introduced a fresh, lighter design, and updated the kitchen and living areas. And the refinishing of the existing staircase—what a difference it made to the entry!

To achieve this, we started by adding strategically placed windows to invite more sunlight into the main living spaces. From there, we reimagined the interiors with a lighter, more organic palette, soft neutrals, warm woods, and natural textures that reflect and enhance the light rather than absorb it. The kitchen and living areas received thoughtful updates to improve both form and function, bringing a fresh sense of style that better suits the homeowners’ lifestyle.
One of the most striking changes was the staircase. By refinishing the existing structure with updated materials and finishes, we turned a previously overlooked feature into a stunning design moment that now sets the tone the moment you walk through the door. The transformation is subtle yet impactful, proof that even partial remodels can completely shift the feel of a home.
