This full home remodel in the Willows, Summerlin, was truly a fun project from start to finish. The existing custom home layout had some very unusual angles to work around, but we were able to use this to our advantage by creating a couple of new spaces, including one hidden gem. We also moved away from outdated, dark, and heavy finishes, replacing them with light, bright concepts that bring a modern, organic vibe to the home. The result is a more open, practical flow that still maintains the home’s charm.

One of the primary goals was to transition away from the home’s previously dark, dated finishes that made the space feel heavy and closed off. We introduced a fresh, light palette paired with natural textures and warm wood tones to create a modern, organic feel. Clean lines, airy sightlines, and thoughtfully curated materials helped breathe new life into the interiors, creating a cohesive aesthetic that’s both timeless and current.
By reworking the layout and optimizing the flow between rooms, we were able to make the home feel significantly more open and functional while still honoring its original charm. The result is a thoughtfully designed living space that now feels brighter, more inviting, and perfectly tailored for the homeowners’ lifestyle.
