The Haven is a Skye Canyon kitchen remodel where K&Co. opened up and elevated an everyday kitchen and the living space beside it. We reworked it in a warm two-tone palette: white shaker cabinets paired with light oak, white marble counters, a herringbone marble backsplash, and light wood open shelving. The Kitchen We rebuilt the kitchen in a warm two-tone palette: white shaker perimeter cabinets paired with light oak lower cabinets and peninsula, white marble counters and a herringbone marble backsplash. A white farmhouse apron sink, black hardware and faucet, brass-and-glass lantern pendants, light wood open shelving, plantation shutters and an under-counter wine fridge finish the space. Because the same in-house crews that designed it also built it, the finish landed the way it was drawn.
The Open-Concept Living Space The kitchen opens to the living area, so the two were designed as one connected space. The same warm wood tones, crisp white, and black accents carry across, the kind of open-concept flow that makes a home feel larger and more livable.
