Ascaya is a guard-gated hillside community above Henderson, a suburb of Las Vegas, known for panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding mountain ranges. The community has strict architectural review requirements, and building on its hillside lots requires careful site engineering, grading, and coordination with the design review board. The Hillside Estate is a custom home built by Kingdom & Co. in Ascaya.
