The walkthrough and budget direction are provided in good faith as part of the partnership, and your client is free to take that information and proceed with another firm, defer the project, or pull out of the property altogether. We do not pressure clients or follow up aggressively. The next time you have a client who is the right fit for what we do, we will be ready. Partnerships are built across many transactions, not just the first one.
