Centennial Hills is a master-planned area in the northwest Las Vegas valley, organized around the Centennial Parkway corridor along the US-95 spine. The neighborhood developed rapidly in the early 2000s and is known for larger residential lots, newer construction, and quieter residential pockets compared to central Las Vegas. The neighborhood was a natural fit for the 6,024-square-foot White Gables Estate.
