New York is our furthest primary source state at roughly 2,500 miles and a five-hour direct flight, so remote transparency is central to the project. JobTread project dashboards, weekly video walkthroughs from the site, shared design boards, video design consultations scheduled around East Coast hours, and AI assisted visual studies keep the project moving between the client’s two or three annual site visits. Most New York clients are not in Las Vegas full-time until the home is finished.
