When your buyer is considering a property that needs work, we will tour the home with you and your client, talk through what is possible structurally, identify the updates that would deliver the most impact, and give your client an informed construction budget range so they can evaluate the offer with real construction data rather than guesswork. The walkthrough is complimentary. There is no obligation for your client to use Kingdom & Co. for the actual construction afterward. We treat the walkthrough as an investment in the partnership.
