PROPERTY BROTHERS
The Valencia
When Lesley received a contract for a job in Las Vegas, she and husband Brian decided it was time to settle down and start a family in their spacious suburban home. Too busy to decorate, they’ve been making do with folding tables, air mattresses and an oversized bean bag chair. We reworked the home for better flow through the main floor, a bigger kitchen and a home with actual furniture!
SEASON 4,
EPISODE 2

PROPERTY BROTHERS
The Highland
Brian and Kelly were heart-and-soul New Yorkers living in a 550-square-foot apartment, but when they had their miracle baby, they packed their bags and moved to a family home in the Las Vegas suburbs. The house has a beautiful yard and plenty of room, but the main floor needs an adjustment to check all the boxes. Brian is a world-renowned mixologist, Kelly is a talented cook, and they needed space for both! We transformed the entire main floor and the play area to give this special family a fresh start in their Forever Home.
SEASON 4,
EPISODE 12
PROPERTY BROTHERS
Rancho Mirage
Adam moved in with his fiancé, Lara, and her three rescue dogs shortly after they got engaged. It didn’t take long to realize that things were a bit too tight for anyone’s liking—including the large pups. The couple enlisted us to help them find a home that they could move into before the wedding, which they were also planning at the same time. While that’s a lot to handle at once, we know how nice it is to come back to a finished home once the wedding’s over (from Drew and Linda’s experience!). The pair wanted to stay in the same community where they’d been living as it’s where Lara grew up, and she still has lots of family in the area. They also wanted to be near a golf course—they met at their country club and both enjoy getting out on the links. We eventually found them a home just a block away from their old address that we were able to transform into the open-concept, modern home of their dreams. And bonus: it came with a large backyard that backs right onto the fairway, and has plenty of grass for their four-legged friends.
SEASON 14,
EPISODE 14
PROPERTY BROTHERS
The White
Our mission for Lauren and Jeremy was clear: find these Las Vegas-natives a home to give their kids the same, happy childhood they had. We found the young couple the perfect ranch-style home, and although the sellers flat-out ignored their first offer (it was too far below the asking price), a second, higher offer sealed the deal. We tore down nearly every wall to create an open floor plan, converted the garage into useable square footage, and completely redid the back patio to give Jeremy and Lauren a beautiful family home that will grow with them as their kids do.
SEASON 14,
EPISODE 9
PROPERTY BROTHERS
Blue Iris
With seven kids plus a baby on the way, Austin and Cody needed a home that would comfortably fit a family of 10. Since most houses simply aren’t built for that many people, we knew that whatever we found would have to undergo some major renovations to make it work. Luckily, we found a spacious, two-floor home with a large yard in a convenient neighborhood that everyone agreed felt like home. Over the next eight weeks—we had to get the renovations done before baby number eight arrived!—we knocked down walls, overhauled the kitchen and family room, and made sure every detail served a purpose in order to give Austin and Cody a new home that’s as functional as it is stylish.
SEASON 14,
EPISODE 12

PROPERTY BROTHERS
The Ashby
Karina and Sam had been living in a lovely, contemporary condo just off the Vegas strip. The place had served them well in their early years together, but as new parents—they recently welcomed their young daughter, Emiliana—they were ready for something more family friendly. For the most part, Karina and Sam were on the same page about their must-haves: an older, more quiet neighborhood, a single-story open floor plan so they could keep an eye on Emiliana from anywhere in the house, hardwood floors throughout, a large backyard, and plenty of space for entertaining. Oh, and one more thing: a wine cave (more on that below). We found them the perfect mid-century modern ranch built in 1952 on an over-sized lot that we were able to modernize while maintaining its original charm.
SEASON 14,
EPISODE 16
PROPERTY BROTHERS
The Luna
Holly and Cory moved into their Las Vegas ranch-style home over 10 years ago, when their four kids were very young. Now, as the kids become teenagers, the family’s needs are changing, and the house needs to change with them. We gave their home a tune-up and transformed the kitchen, dining room, family room and music room, giving this family band a Forever Home to sing about.
SEASON 4,
EPISODE 10

PROPERTY BROTHERS
The Viking
After renovating a string of cookie-cutter-style homes in order to give them more personality, we had a completely different assignment for this vintage Las Vegas home: preserve its quirkiness. Homeowners Ren and Scott wanted to keep the one-of-a-kind features they fell in love with when they moved in, like the terracotta floor tile and exposed beams. But in order to make this their forever home, we needed to fix issues like the lack of ample kitchen seating, the distraction-filled office area, and the uninspiring master bathroom. Add in a revamped dining room fireplace and, over six weeks, we transformed this unique property from slightly problematic to supremely polished.
SEASON 1,
EPISODE 6
HGTV’s Sin City Rebab
In addition to the Property Brothers partnership, Kingdom & Co. has collaborated with HGTV’s Sin City Rehab series, hosted by renowned designer Allison Victoria. This collaboration focused on transforming four Las Vegas luxury properties with Kingdom & Co.’s design build expertise.
The Sin City Rehab episodes showcase Kingdom & Co.’s ability to work with celebrity designers to create high-impact, luxury residential transformations. Allison Victoria’s design vision, combined with Kingdom & Co.’s execution and custom cabinetry capabilities, has produced stunning results that demonstrate why the firm is trusted by the nation’s top television production companies.
