One of the most impactful changes was the removal of an outdated sunken bar and a closed-off formal dining room. In their place, we created a full-service galley-style pantry that runs the length of the main kitchen. Tucked discreetly out of sight, this hidden workhorse is equipped for prep, storage, and organization, allowing the main kitchen to remain a clean, social centerpiece. The primary bathroom was also completely transformed into a true spa experience. We reconfigured the layout to include a generous main shower, a custom steam shower, a freestanding soaking tub, and even a private sauna; creating a wellness sanctuary that feels both luxurious and serene.

Throughout the home, we infused warmth and personality through custom carpentry elements, layered textures, and thoughtful design details. From built-ins and ceiling treatments to tailored millwork, every corner was considered. The final result is a home that feels soulful, intentional, and distinctly unique to its owners.
