Throughout the residence, arched openings, sculpted plaster elements, hand-forged ironwork, and patterned tile establish a cohesive architectural language rooted in early California residential design. These elements are structural and spatial, guiding circulation, framing views, and reinforcing a sense of permanence while supporting modern living.
Custom millwork, built-in cabinetry, and carefully framed connections between indoor and outdoor spaces reinforce the estate’s historic character. From sculptural plaster fireplaces to courtyard planning and garden views, every detail reflects Kingdom & Co.’s commitment to architectural integrity and timeless design execution.
