A commercial-grade outdoor kitchen uses the same equipment and infrastructure found in restaurant kitchens, including stainless steel surfaces, commercial dishwashers, commercial sinks, beer kegs, mug chillers, warming drawers and high-output grills. The difference from a standard outdoor kitchen is the capacity and durability of every component: commercial units are rated for continuous high-volume use and faster service. In the Santa Barbara Estate, Kingdom & Co. built the outdoor bar and kitchen with full commercial-grade stainless steel infrastructure hidden behind hand-painted tile and old-world cabinetry. From the outside, the bar looks like a period-correct Spanish Colonial element. On the inside, it includes a beer keg, mug chillers, commercial dishwashers, commercial sinks, a barbecue, griller, ovens and heat warming drawers designed for hosting large-scale events.
