Kingdom Home Remodel is Excellent: We just finished a complete remodel of our 3,000 sq. ft. Las Vegas home. Co-owner Lincoln Rogers viewed our home at the outset and offered very helpful suggestions. Designer Kristie Schneider from Reveal Interior Design prepared wonderful plans. We then worked extensively with Krysti O’Donnell from Kingdom Home Remodel who guided us through the process of making final plan adjustments, acquiring materials from numerous vendors, and budgeting. Krysti is amazing. She listened carefully to our hopes and goals (and anxieties) and guided us with care, kindness, patience, and expertise. Kingdom co-owner/project manager Brian Horner reviewed scheduling and construction issues with us. Once construction began, it became apparent that Brian Horner is an exceptional individual. He is experienced and knowledgeable. But more important is that he really cares. He cares about high quality workmanship, keeping on schedule, and keeping in touch on all issues that arise. He makes helpful suggestions about matters not initially anticipated. On any major remodel involving detailed design, numerous vendors, and a multitude of workers, you will encounter unexpected issues. At that point it is extremely important that your contractor be dedicated to resolving those issues promptly and fairly. Brian Horner will do that and more. At the recent conclusion of our project, we were delighted with Kingdom Home Remodel. They did a fantastic job, and we are so grateful to them. Kingdom Home completed our total re-model of our 3,000 sq.ft. home. This included demo, replacement/addition of windows, moving/addition of walls, new doors/woodwork/cabinets, new drywall, interior/exterior paint, stucco repair, plumbing, hvac, electrical, insulation, stone, tile, wood flooring, 4 new baths, adding a fireplace/mantel/hearth, garage re-model, and more. We couldn't have gone with a better choice for this major project! We first met with KH co-owner Lincoln to discuss our re-model idea, and then KH co-owner Brian managed the project getting all this major work completed in less than 4 months (even with our additions/changes we requested along the way). The KH crew are very hard workers and courteous, and put in long days consistently. Brian's work ethic and his pride in their work performed was obvious throughout the project. Krysti was so helpful from day 1 through the completion; making sure that everything was coordinated as needed with our house plan (designed by Reveal Interior Design). She did all this amazingly while we were at our MN home during the remodel (communicating with us frequently via phone calls/texts/Facetime/emails). We appreciate her attention to detail, handling our requests, and her honest input. Brian and Krysti kept us up-to-date, called us with concerns, and provided us with their expert ideas/suggestions throughout the project which enhanced the outcome. They listened to us and were very accommodating with changes/additions we requested along the way. As can be expected with any project, a few minor fixes were requested by us and these were completed immediately and satisfactorily. The professionalism and calibre of work of the KH team provided us with an amazing new home! We highly recommend Kingdom Home!! They are great caring people and provide spectacular results.
