Two real estate entrepreneurs and a seasoned commercial builder partnered in 2018 to create Kingdom & Co. after collaborating on a farm-to-table project. Lincoln and Zion recognized they needed expert construction management, while Brian brought 20 years of government construction experience (transit terminals, bus facilities). What began as a side project proved so successful that the partners committed to design-build full-time. As of 2017, Kingdom & Co. has evolved from a single-project partnership to a multi-disciplinary firm offering design, build, remodel, and commercial services across Las Vegas, with a dedicated design studio and in-house team.
