Inside Kingdom & Co.

Hosted by Zion Lovingier and Lincon Rogers, we started this podcast to pull back the curtain on the design-build world. This podcast was born from a desire to bring clarity and confidence to a process that often feels overwhelming. Whether you're renovating, building from the ground up, or simply exploring your options, we're here to offer refined insight and trusted guidance. From navigating timelines and budgets to understanding design choices and construction challenges, this podcast is your guide to a smoother, smarter experience from concept to completion.

Culture and Values

How does the new office space reflect the company’s culture and values, Zion?

I think the biggest thing is what we’ve done now is with our process we’ve really structured it in a multi-step process in order to really create that final product and execute it well.

That has to be done in a space where you need collaboration and we really design the space around that collaborative experience.

Drafting team, with the design team, with the project director team, with the production team that’s actually, you know, the superintendents and with the production managers.

Culture-wise too, I mean our designers, we have the top tier designers in the valley, they are so good at what they do that it was really important for us to give them a design studio to work with their clients and to have give their clients the best experience possible.

With doing that our culture has changed dramatically to where instant validation, client walks in they know that we can do good work and then it gives our designers the ability to really execute the designs that they’re they’re putting together and do it in an effective way, in a timely way, you know.

That way now they go to a bunch of stores and bring back stuff and bring samples to their house and now it’s all here at our hub and they can just bring it to our customers right here and right now and it’s just it’s such a better customer experience.

I keep on saying over and over but customer experience, yeah.
